Patrick J. Logue has worked in real estate investment and management for his entire professional career. First with a large condominium/cooperative management company in Chicago, Illinois, as a property manager for luxury condominium associations; then with a large international bank in Chicago, Illinois, as a Financial Analyst and Asset Manager in a Real Estate Investment Trust.
In 1980, Mr. Logue accepted the position of Vice President of Property Management with a large regional dvelopment company located in Phoenix, Arizona. This encompassed operational control for over 1,800 existing and newly developed apartments units, and several shopping centers and office buildings, located in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
In 1981, Mr. Logue founded Urban Investment Corporation and The Urban Group, Ltd. in 1984.
